David De Gea error vs Man City: Man Utd star commits howler for City's second goal

David De Gea error vs Man City: It seems like De Gea’s bad days is far from being over as the Spaniard committed another mistake in front of the goal.

Manchester United’s chances of making into the top-4 look increasingly difficult after the side looks on the verge of losing the derby fixture in the Premier League.

Minutes after Bernardo Silva scored the first goal for Manchester City in the game, David De Gea committed an error in front of the goal as Leroy Sane doubled City’s lead.

Manchester United began the game strongly as they created multiple chances in the first half, but failed to capitalize on the momentum. City dominated the possession and were soon rewarded in the second half through Bernardo Silva.

David De Gea error vs Man City:

Like the first goal, De Gea was beaten at the near post again. However, this time, the Spaniard tried to use his legs to save the shot, but the ball simply deflected towards the top left corner for City’s second.

David De Gea has had a difficult season at Manchester United, as the club has conceded 50 Premier League goals so far.

Here’s the goal from Leroy Sane:

Manchester City will reach the top of the table with a win over their city rivals tonight. United, meanwhile, will remain at the sixth place. For the second time in a row, Manchester United has failed to take advantage of Arsenal’s slip. Unai Emery’s side lost 3-1 to Wolves at the Molineux Stadium in another evening kick-off earlier today.

What next?

Solskjaer’s side faces another tough test as they face a visit from Chelsea on Sunday.
