David De Gea Transfer News: Ole Solskjaer opens up about Manchester United's negotiations with De Gea

David De Gea Transfer News: Ole Solskjaer opens up about David De Gea over his negotiations with Manchester United for a contract extension.

Manchester United are negotiating with David De Gea to extend his contract, as he enters into the last year of his current contract with the Red Devils.

However, both the parties have not reached to an agreement yet, and at the same time De Gea is considering other offers, amidst the stalled contract extension talks.

Although, in all probability De Gea might stay with the Red Devils, as Manchester United in the end might get ready to reach his demands. Hence, the fans are hopeful that the Spanish International might not make a move this summer.

Similarly, Ole Solskjaers still hopeful Manchester United can tie David De Gea down to a new deal and admits he is ‘lucky’ to have the highly rated goalkeeper within his ranks.

The Norwegian manager during a press conference in Perth on Wednesday morning, insisted there are “positive” signs that De Gea will ignore transfer rumours and pledge his future to Manchester United.

“David has had a summer where he’s been negotiating and we hope we’re going to get it sorted, I’m positive, of course. With David I’ve said many times how lucky I am and happy we are to have him in goal.” the Norwegian boss said.

Meanwhile, there have been offers for the 28-year-old goalkeeper, especially from PSG, who are ready to meet all the demands made by De Gea. The French giants have offloaded Gianluigi Buffon from the club and are planning to make an upgrade over the former.

It is quite sure that Manchester United might transfer De Gea to PSG, if the Spaniard doesn’t sign an extension this summer to generate some revenue from De Gea.
