SRH Predicted Playing 11 vs DC

SRH Predicted Playing 11 vs DC: The Sportsrush presents before you SRH’s Predicted Playing 11 for their fourth match of IPL 2019.

After losing their first match against Kolkata Knight Riders, Sunrisers Hyderabad have come back in the best possible manner to register two consecutive victories in IPL 2019. While they chased 199 runs to win against Rajasthan Royals, they posted 231/2 against Royal Challengers Bangalore only to dismiss the opposition on 113.

Hyderabad playing in the way that they have played so far despite the absence of their regular captain Kane Williamson in two matches is a major positive for them. While both their victories have been dominated by their batsmen, stand-in captain Bhuvneshwar Kumar also needs to be lauded for his modus operandi of leading the side.

Top-order

After Sunrisers opening batsmen in Jonny Bairstow and David Warner scored individual hundreds in their last match, there is not even an iota of doubt regarding the franchise looking to replace any one out of them.

Having said that, Sunrisers might be wanting to rethink about their No. 3 position. In the two matches without Williamson, Sunrisers had sent Vijay Shankar in to bat at No. 3. In a bid to yield out best returns from Manish Pandey, SRH can bat him at No. 3 primarily because of his IPL record at that position.

Middle-order

Despite their middle-order remaining majorly untested in IPL 2019 so far, SRH have enough firepower in batsmen like Shankar, Deepak Hooda, Mohammad Nabi and Yusuf Pathan. If Williamson regains fitness for tomorrow’s match, he is most likely to come in place of Nabi. With him batting at No. 3, Pandey will join others in the middle-order.

Bowlers

Arguably the best bowling lineup in the IPL, Sunrisers Hyderabad have conceded 183, 198 and 113 in the tournament so far. The management would be doubtlessly relished to watch the bowlers restricting RCB to 113. However, they would be hoping for them to play on their reputation of not conceding formidable totals.

With bowling figures of 4-0-11-4, Nabi was the pick of SRH’s bowlers against RCB. Among the other bowlers, Sandeep Sharma had picked up four wickets in the tournament so far.

What is likely to be a source of concern for them is the certitude that Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been wicket-less in the tournament so far. Moreover, him giving runs at an economy rate of 10.63 calls for him to dictate terms tomorrow in a bid to gain confidence.

While Siddarth Kaul has only conceded runs at 7.54, he would be keen to contribute more in the wickets column. Despite SRH possessing several other Indian pacers, they are most likely to field the same bowling lineup tomorrow.

SRH Predicted Playing 11 vs DC – 1) Jonny Bairstow (wk) 2) David Warner 3) Manish Pandey 4) Vijay Shankar 5) Yusuf Pathan 6) Mohammad Nabi 7) Deepak Hooda 8) Rashid Khan 9) Bhuvneshwar Kumar (c) 10) Sandeep Sharma 11) Siddarth Kaul
