Dota2 TI9 Group Stage Standings and Points Table : The SportsRush brings to you the TI9 Standings from Day 3 of The International 2019 as it happened.
Day 3 of the Dota 2 TI9 saw Team Chaos and TI7 winner Matumbaman Bowed of the The International after their 2-0 defeat to Newbee. This Series win from Newbee took them to 3rd spot in the Group A points table below PSG LGD and Team Secret. Meanwhile PSG LGD beat Team Secret 2-0 to displaced the latter from the 1st position of The International 2019 Group A.
Team Liquid see themselves currently at 7th position on the table after a series draw with Alliance and an impressive 2-0 win against Keen Gaming. If Team Liquid wants to qualify for the Upper bracket, they need to beat Philippino Team TNC who are currently in the great form.
Meanwhile from Group B TI8 Winner OG are still on the top of the group B of TI9 after their win against Virtus Pro. PPD’s Ninjas in Pajamas are at the bottom in the standing and need to win both of their series tomorrow to have shot at the survival in The International 2019. They Play against infamous and EG tomorrow.
After a terrific start of the tournament, no. 3 favorite EG (Evil Geniuses) are currently occupying the last spot for upper bracket from group B. After their impressive performance against Vici Gaming yesterday, they went down to South American team Infamous in the first match but won the second one comfortably. They play against VP and NIP tomorrow.
Virtus Pro or VP were one of the favorites to win this year’s TI. But again, TI Cursed had hit them and with just 2 win, 1 draw and 2 loss their upper bracket chances looks slim as they take on EG and Fanatic tomorrow
