I have gone in with 4 bowlers who can pick regular wickets throughout the innings. Mohammad Amir looked in fine form in the last match and was the only bright spark in Pakistan’s disastrous first match. He picked up 3 wickets and made full use of the English conditions.
I get him in along with Wahab Riaz who is another bowler who can make some impact. Riaz can reverse the ball beautifully and when he is on song, there will be few bowlers better than him like we saw in that fiery spell against Shane Watson in the last World Cup.
From England, I want to bring in 3 bowlers but due to my team combination, I can bring in only 2. Chris Woakes is a brilliant bowler who can pick wickets at regular intervals and especially at the death. He can also bat well down the order. I bring him in owing to his lethal bowling.

Jofra Archer’s life has been on the fast track of late. He was quickly inducted into the World Cup squad after a good series against Pakistan. He picks wickets all the time and he can flummox the batsmen at any point in the game. He can break partnerships and is a huge bowler for England. Another impact bowler who missed out on a spot in my team is Liam Plunkett. You can consider him as well.
All-rounders for PAK vs ENG Dream11 Team
I’m going in with just one all-rounder in Ben Stokes for this match. He has shown the kind of form he is in when he turned up in the World Cup opener and contributed with bat, ball and on the field. Stokes is a fantasy delight with this three dimensional abilities.
Hopefully, Ambati Rayudu would use his 3D glasses to watch him as well. Stokes scored 89 off just 79, picked up 2 wickets in less than 3 overs and also caught 2 tough ones with one being the catch of the century.

The two English keepers make it to my team for this match. Jos Buttler is in enviable form ever since the IPL. If he gets enough balls, he is bound to go hard and go big. Expect a big one from him. Jonny Bairstow was out for a golden duck in the previous match.
However, I persist with him owing to his great form over the last 2 months. He should make a fighting comeback in this match with a good performance. He has the ability and the strokeplay to score a big knock. He will be my vice captain.
Batsmen for PAK vs ENG Dream11 Team
I have to select 2 Pakistani batsmen at least and the 2 men who have been the most consistent with the bat for the Men in Green are in my team. Babar Azam is an immensely talented batsman who has proved his mettle time and again. He scored a humongous century against England in the last ODI of the bilateral series and would want to replicate that form.
Fakhar Zaman was also in fine form in that series and scored a brilliant century. He has been pretty consistent as well and got a start in the previous match. Hopefully, he gets a big one here.
My captain for this match is Jason Roy. He is in fine touch and has been batting beautifully. He also scored a great 54 in the first batch and would look to build on that.
Joe Root is my last batsman but one of the best for sure. Root is perhaps the most stylish and dependable batsman in the world. He too scored a half-century in the last match.
