Real Madrid are currently taking on Red Bull Salzburg in a friendly game. The Los Blancos, who are searching for their third victory in the pre-season, took the lead through Eden Hazard.
The forward was in the opposition’s end when he received a scintillating through ball from Karim Benzema. The new signing took full initiative and dribbled until the penalty box. He showed his nimble feet by beating two defenders – cutting in through the left flank.
He faked twice before dislodging the ball to the back of the net from a tight space in the 19th minute. It was an extraordinary goal to kick start his goal tally with the Los Blancos. The goalkeeper got a faint touch to the ball, but it had too much swivel and power.

Eden Hazard turned up seven kilos overweight, but his former teammate Cesc Fabregas is least bothered about it.
“They talk a lot about his weight. It seems like people haven’t seen the Premier League for the last seven years. Maybe in pre-season things are a bit harder but you have to give him time, not just for his physical state but because he has to adapt to a new philosophy, another type of play, other pressures.
“Madrid and Barca have pressures of all kinds and I think he didn’t even know. I’m sure Eden will do well, because he’s a crack and I have no doubts about him.” added Fabregas of Hazard.
Before facing Celta Vigo in the La Liga, the Los Blancos will play AS Roma at Stadio Olympico on Sunday.
