Ederson Red Card: Man City reduced to 10 men after Ederson brings Diogo Jota down during Wolves vs Man City in the Premier League.

Manchester City are down to 10 men in their match vs Wolverhampton after keeper Ederson was sent off for knocking down Diogo Jota outside the box. The defending Champions lost their home tie to the Wolves earlier in the year and have suffered a setback in the 11th minute of the match.

Coady caught Manchester City’s defence sleeping as he pinged the ball to Jota. A panicked Ederson rushed outside of the box to prevent Jota from scoring. He attempted to get between his goal and the ball. In the end, all he could do was collide with Jota instead.

With 10 men down and their Keeper out, Manchester City had to make a major decision on who to take off the match to bring in Claudio Bravo. Surprisingly, Pep Guardiola decided to sacrifice Sergio Aguero for his substitute keeper.

Aguero was understandably upset at the decision but seemed to understand the move. With him yet to recover full match fitness and Manchester City desperately chasing Liverpool, difficult decisions were the ask of the hour. The Argentine received a pat on the head from his manager at the touchline.

At the moment of writing, Manchester City have taken the lead through a penalty from Raheem Sterling in the 25th minute of the match. City will be looking to continue their winning streak since their loss to Manchester United a couple of matches ago.
