Lewis Hamilton Dad: Mercedes Star Drops Father-son Moment on Instagram

After winning 7 championship titles and almost everything that there is to win in F1, Lewis Hamilton seems to have found solace in spending more time with his family and his loved ones. With F1 currently on a four-week break, the Briton has posted several images of himself spending time with various members of his family.

The latest member of the family that Hamilton was recently hanging out with is his dog, Roscoe. The 38-year-old took to his social media account and shared an adorable ‘father-son’ moment with Roscoe.

Fans react to Lewis Hamilton’s dad moment with Roscoe

Lewis Hamilton considers himself to be Roscoe’s dad

Lewis Hamilton not only treats Roscoe as his pet but as his son. The 38-year-old has posted various posts in the past about how he considers Roscoe to be a ‘blessing in his life’.

He has also made an official Instagram page for Roscoe, which already has a whopping 747k followers. Moreover, Hamilton has also given Roscoe’s page an interesting and catchy description. The Mercedes driver has hilariously stated that Roscoe is “a vegan bulldog that loves to travel, play ball, and get attention from all the girls”.

Other than sharing several father-son moments with Roscoe, Hamilton has also previously stated that his dog is a mascot for his Mercedes team. It is perhaps this reason why Roscoe is often seen in the F1 paddock and the Mercedes garage on most race weekends.

Hamilton’s 2023 season gets off to a decent average start

After a below-par start to the 2023 season for Lewis Hamilton after the first two races, the 38-year-old bounced back earlier this month in Australia with an outstanding second-place finish. He finished the race in Melbourne just behind Red Bull’s Max Verstappen, who has been in a world of domination of his own.

The Briton’s podium finish in Australia helped him increase his points tally to 38 and moved him up to fourth place in the championship. As a result, he is now just seven points behind Aston Martin’s Fernando Alonso and 20 points clear of his Mercedes teammate George Russell.
