Rapper Lewis Hamilton: The Brit had rapped for a Christina Aguilera hit number, but kept his ‘XNDA’ identity hidden.
Lewis took to Instagram to inform his huge base of 18.4M followers about his love for music and writing. He builds it up by posting a story first where he spoke about his passion for writing and recording.
He also hinted he has worked with “some of the most talented and beautiful people” in the music industry. The Mercedes racer ended the story with a clarification that he has never released a sing under his own game.
Then in the next story post came the big reveal that he is XNDA from Christina Aguilera’s ‘Pipe’. He writes that Aguilera had approached him with this project for which he had to write a short verse and rap. He was naturally excited and wrote it in just a couple of hours.
“I had this incredibly beautiful and talented person reach out to me a while back asking for me to be on her album. I was so blown away and I jumped at the opportunity. It took me two hours to write the short verse and record”, Hamilton writes in his message.

Hamilton also added that he did not reveal his identity then as he had “insecurities, fear, (and was) overthinking”. In a story right after this, he posted a screenshot from the song, encouraging everyone to have a listen at it.
“The goal was to have the music come out under a different name so that you could hear the music first and later know it was me but it didn’t work out the way id planned.

“I shied away from acknowledging it was me, I don’t know why, maybe Insecurities, fear, overthinking, something I think many people can relate to. Well, I want to say that XNDA is me.”
