Full list of athletes nominated for the Arjuna Award

The Arjuna Award selection committee has nominated 17 sportspersons for the prestigious award.

The awards have been handed out since 1961(by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports) to recognise and applaud extraordinary performances in the field of sport.

The award comprises of a cash prize of Rs 5,00,000 along with a a ceremonial dress, a scroll of honour, and a bronze statuette of Arjuna.
