To get more rewards from Honkai Star Rail, players are encouraged to complete all the quests and side quests. In line with this, players will get to know how to complete Honkai Star Rail Fired Quest in this article.
The Fired side quest takes place in Central Starskiff Haven, Xianzhou Luofo, and would start with Secretary Xikui sending you a message. Once the side quest is completed, players will be rewarded heavily with 25 Strales, 15000 Credits, 250 Trailblaze EXP, 1 Refined Aethers, and 40 Stellar Jades.

How to complete Fired Quest in Honkai Star Rail
The quest begins with the Trailblazers getting a message from Secretary Xikui at the Palace of Astrum, and players will be informed about Tantan. Players will be asked to talk to him about his new trial program called Xianzhou Speed Tester and take lessons.
Players will have to find Tantan and initiate a conversation with him. Once the conversation is completed, he will ask the players to stand on a bridge and count how many starskiffs pass by in a stipulated time.
After the time is over, a small cutscene will appear, and players will get quizzed on how many white passenger starskiffs went past. Players will have to choose the correct answer, which is three. This is when the quest enters the second phase.
Second phase
After answering the questions, players continue the conversation with Tantan and ask him if they can continue to measure the traffic and take the test again. Just before the time runs out, players see an extremely fast starskiff pass by and cause a traffic jam ahead. Players have to head to that location and see if anyone’s hurt.
This will mark the beginning of another cutscene and players have to check on the injured people.
After having a conversation with one of the passengers, Mei, players will be asked to help her collect her scattered notes. This is where Diting comes in handy. Players will see a number, which looks like the Contact number, but it isn’t.
Players have to help collect the second set of notes and read them. After the third set of notes is found, players will get to contact the number on it. Players have to click on the “There has been an accident” option in the chat and move on to find the final set of notes and contact the number mentioned on it.
Phase 2.1
Players then have to go to their next location and talk to Luhui. After that is done, players will get a message from Tantan and they will complete their conversation with him, and then Luhui.
After this, the players have to head to the location of the incident and talk to Tantan and take Mei’s testimony after returning all of her notes.
Players then have to head to the Pawnbroker Handian and talk to Jeweler’s Pagoda Owner, as he is the witness to the incident. After his testimony, players have to find the Clumsy lady and take her testimony, as well. She is near the site of the incident and then has a word with the Suddenly Excited Man, who is standing near the lamp pole.
After all the testimonies are done, players have to talk to Mei, near the Xikui at the Palace of Astrum. After this, players have to go to Tantan and find the location of the starskiff.
Players have to answer the question that Tantan asks. He will give the players a set of pictures and players have to answer who the offender is. The correct answer to this is “The third one from the left”.
Phase 3
Now, players will enter the third phase of the side quest. Players now have to head to Stargazer Navalia with Tantan to find the person responsible for it. Once all the proofs are submitted, initiate a conversation with the Culprit, who is otherwise known as the Proud Man.
After that, players have to complete the chat and then go meet Mei and Luhui. Players will have to tell them about the investigation. After a few dialogues, the side quest will come to an end. Players will be given the aforementioned rewards after that.
