Harry Maguire Transfer News: Manchester United close to sign Maguire after his shocking statement to Leicester City

Harry Maguire Transfer News: Manchester United are near to add services of Harry Maguire, after he tells Leicester City to make a move.

Manchester United are massively interested in hiring the services of Leicester City defender Harry Maguire, as they seek reinforcements to fortify their defensive setup.

In recent advancements, Manchester United received a huge push by the player itself, as according to a report by the Daily Mail, Maguire has told the hierarchy at the club that he wants to leave the club this summer.

Thus, giving a major push to Manchester Unite for a £75 million, as the Foxes demand nothing less than it. The Red Devils are the sure fore-runners in the race to sign Maguire, as they are ready to offer the money demanded, they even made a £70 million bid for him, which got rejected by Leicester City.

Although, Manchester City are also in the contest but are not ready to meet the demands made by the Foxes. Thus, giving Manchester United a clear run over here.

Leicester City gave a five year extension to Maguire last year after his heroic performances in the World Cup, hence binding him till 2023 with the Foxes. Therefore, the club still have the command over the negotiations.

So, it is clear that Leicester City will not lower their demanding price, but they were earlier hesitant to sell Maguire, unless it became clear Maguire wanted out and now that has been done, it is believed they will not stand in his way.

Now, it is remained to see, whether Manchester United will enhance their offer for the English International or will they negotiate to get him for cheap.
