IND vs AUS Dream11 Prediction : India Vs Australia Best Dream 11 Team for 1st ODI Match

IND Vs AUS Dream11 Team Probable Playing 11, Toss, Pitch And Match Report: India look to avenge their series defeat to Australia when the two sides meet today.

Although India ended up defeated Australia the last time these two sides clashed heads in the fraternity at last year’s world cup, it was the series prior to that which was a calamitous result for the home side. A depleted Australian side came to India and retuned with a 3-2 series win, a result which exposed the gaping holes prevelant in the side for the first time in 2019.

Ever since then though, India have once again been flawless, cantering their way to thumping wins against South Africa, Bangladesh, West Indies and Sri Lanka. However, in Australia, the side are going to go at loggerheads against an opposition which will test them on every front.

The Australians themselves have been in electric form over the course of the last six months, decimating every side they have taken on in the cricketing arena. And when they take on the Indians for the first of the three ODIs slated between the two they’ll be looking to pull off yet another intricate display and emulate the same rampant display as their prior series win here.

Pitch Conditions And Toss

One of the most pristine wickets in the country for the batters, this encounter is going to be an absolute run galore tie, a fixture where the batsmen are going to find it way too easy to scour their way to the boundary. The team winning the toss will be looking to step out and chase today with a coherent idea of how to traverse the target at hand.

IND Vs AUS Dream11 Wicket-Keeper

The last time Australia came to India, Alex Carey ended up playing knocks which ended up being the defining moment in a slew of encounters. He was in resplendent touch, not only cleaning the ball to the fence in the death overs but keeping his intent in check as needed to see us go in with the wicket-keeper from Australia.

IND Vs AUS Dream11 Batsmen

The trickiest docket of our Dream 11 side given the plethora of worldclass players lining up this ambit, we had hectic deliberations before opting for five names for the encounter. We begin with opener Rohit Sharma with his home stadium being a cherished stadium for him, one where he’s found it all too easy to amass a bagful of runs.

He scored 63 runs in the final ODI against West Indies to make him an instant pick for us along with

Shikhar Dhawan got a century when these two teams played the last time around while KL Rahul scored 77 runs against West Indies to be part of a gargantuan 122 run partnership for the opening wicket. We have gone in with KL Rahul given his recent showings but in case he misses out today in the side’s playing 11, Shreyas Iyer will be replacing him our side.

Captain Virat Kohli is always someone who can never be neglected by us and with two 100s in the last series between these two units, he becomes an instant pick for us. From Australia meanwhile we begin with opener David Warner with the opener scoring 647 runs for his side over the course of the last year.

The second pick was a conundrum though with both Finch and Steve Smith being viable options with us moving ahead with Smith given his likelihood to settle into his groove and come up with a meaningful contribution.

IND Vs AUS Dream11 All-Rounders

Ever since making his debut for Australia in the test matches against England, Marnus Labuschagne has been in piquant touch. He’s taken no time in nailing down a permanent spot in Australia’s playing 11 with dependable displays, ones which are set to see him play his first ODI for the side today.

We are going in with him along with Ashton Agar as we opt for a one-two from the land of the Australian side. Agar not only helps free up funds to invest in elsewhere but his legspin is likely to snag wickets as well with the player more than willing to give the ball air and flight it up in a bid to lure batsmen to go for the false shots.

IND Vs AUS Dream11 Bowling Order

He came up with 14 wickets in the previous series between the two sides to see Pat Cummins from Australia become our first pick here. We are going in with him over Mitchell Starc given Cummins’ ability to not only cramp the bats for room but see his line and length be a massive sense of predicament for India’s heavy right handed batting unit.

Meanwhile from India we are beginning with Jasprit Bumrah over Shami. While Mohamed Shami has been India’s leading wicket taker over the course of the last year, we had to choose between him and Bumrah, a fight Bumrah was always going to win given his versatile ability.

With 15 wickets in 7 matches against Australia, Yuzvendra Chahal should be preferred over Yadav to see him close our side out for the day. Incase he misses out, Kuldeep Yadav will replace him.

Captain And Vice-Captain

Rohit captains our side out for this one while Kohli is our vice-captain.
