After the first 3 losses Mumbai Indians have roared back with an emphatic win against the Royal Challengers Bangalore. It was a convincing victory for the Indians which came at the back of three close defeats which had seen them languishing at the bottom of the table.

With the confidence of their win against Bangalore, Mumbai Indians travel to the Sawai Mansingh Stadium to take on the Rajasthan Royals. Mumbai Indians look like a very formidable side and would hope to bag another win in Jaipur.

In the match against RCB, Mumbai Indians lost 2 wickets in the first 2 balls of the match. Suryakumar Yadav and Ishan Kishan were dismissed for golden ducks with saw their captain Rohit Sharma facing a hattrick ball from Umesh Yadav.

BATSMEN

Rohit Sharma played an excellent innings hitting the RCB bowlers all around the park. He was the main architect of their innings ably supported by West Indian Evin Lewis.

Mumbai Indians are expected to stick with the same top four with all of them having contributed so far. Ishan Kishan faced an injury scare when the ball hit his face from a Hardik Pandya throw from long on but he is fit and running.

BOWLERS

The bowling has looked very strong too with their key bowlers like Krunal Pandya and Jasprit Bumrah coming back to form. However one concern for them could be the inconsistency shown by Mustafizur Rehman.

Mumbai could be inclined to replace the Bangladeshi bowler with Kiwi pacer Adam Milne. The Kiwi fast bowler bowls around the speed of 150 kmph and could be a handful against the Royals batsmen. This might be the only change Mumbai make to their winning combination.

Predicted XI : Suryakumar Yadav, Evin Lewis, Ishan Kishan, Rohit Sharma, Kieron Pollard, Krunal Pandya, Hardik Pandya, Mitchell McClenaghan, Mayank Markande, Jasprit Bumrah, Mustafizur Rahman.
