MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli take Twitter by Storm in IPL Week 4

Two time IPL champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will take on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Saturday (5th) in the 35th match of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) season.

The IPL campaign for CSK has been excellent so far as they are at the second position. After receiving a defeat from Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), they slipped one position down on the points table. The bowling department has disappointed the team and the fielding has not been good enough. However, the yellow lads will look to get back the top position and move an inch closer towards the playoffs.

Virat Kohli led RCB hasn’t done well in this season so far. They have managed to win only 3 games out of 8 so far and ranking at the bottom half. However, the side gained confidence from the victory over Mumbai Indians (MI) in their previous game. They won the game without their key player AB De Villiers which is a positive sign for the team.

Today, ABD is likely to make a comeback after missing out 2 consecutive games due to illness. Since Quinton De Kock has taken leave, he will be out of action and it will be interesting to see who takes up the wicket-keeping duty.

Weather forecast

According to AccuWeather, there is no sign of rain, and the temperature will range from 34′-37′ degree Celsius in the evening with humidity rate of 45%.

This is brilliant news for the fans who have been dealt with a few rain shortened games already in the IPL

Head to Head

Overall Matches – 21

CSK won – 13

RCB won – 7

No Result – 1

Clearly, CSK has dominated the battle whenever these two teams met.
