The 6th edition of the Indian Super League (ISL) will kick off on October 20th. Kerala Blasters will take on ATK in the opening match in Kochi’s JLN Stadium. The new season will also feature new franchises in Odisha FC and Hyderabad FC.

Delhi Dynamos have rechristened themselves as Odisha FC after signing a long-term agreement with the Odisha government. Hyderabad FC on the other hand, have replaced the disbanded FC Pune City in the league.
ISL 2019-20 will kick off with a grand opening ceremony which will include performances from Bollywood actors Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani. The duo will also stay behind after the performance to watch the match.
The opening ceremony will also feature Kings United, winners of the recent World of Dance competition, who will be adding a football flavour to dance with an energetic choreographic piece on various football kicks and moves celebrating the ISL highlights.
