The test was conducted by the World Anti Doping Agency (WADA). There were a total of two sets of the test. In the first round, Bumrah was taken for the urine test and then exactly after 45 minutes, his blood sample was taken.

According to the Hindustan Times, a BCCI source also confirmed about Bumrah’s doping test. However, the source didn’t reveal whether any other player in India’s World Cup squad is scheduled to undergo the test.
