Manchester City has made this night into a nightmare for Aston Villa, as they are defeated the hosts by 6-1 in the Premier League game played tonight.

Amidst all of this, Kevin De Bruyne has stood out once again. The Belgian midfielder delivered a wonderful ball inside the box to find Gabriel Jesus, who did not miss the chance and converted the score into 4-0.

De Bruyne got the ball on the half-line and makes a driving run down to the right side. His counterparts failing to get near to him as he curls a low cross into the box to pick out Jesus.

With this goal, Manchester City ended the first half of the game with a lead of four goals, courtesy to two goals scored by Riyad Mahrez, Sergio Aguero and obviously Jesus.

In the second half, Manchester City did not spare Aston Villa and scored the two more goals of the game as Sergio Aguero nets in both goals in the game, breaking Thierry Henry’s Premier League record for the most goals scored by an overseas player while registering his hattrick.

Meanwhile, De Bruyne has probably the best player in Manchester City’s squad this season, his consistent performances and importance in the team have compelled Pep Guardiola to start him in every other match.

With this assist, Aguero already has 14 assists in the Premier League, closing him to break the league record of assists in the single Premier League season.

Although Manchester City has almost lost the league to Liverpool but still with other competitions yet to be played, the Citizens are looking in a good form.
