Suresh Raina has become an enigma for Indian cricket as he now enters a very tricky period of his cricketing career.
He is no longer considered a mainstay of the Indian team and has fallen way down the pecking order. A lot of people have said a lot of unflattering things about Raina recently and that might force Raina to enter the IPL with a ‘me against the world’ mentality.
But that is also the worst thing that he could do as Raina is too good a cricketer to be fazed by what other people think or say about him. He may not be in the national team but he continues to be a superstar in the IPL and he must not forget that.
