Anthony Davis is the hottest property in the NBA trade market, as the New Orleans man has shown the league that he is definitely the next big thing in the sport(if he is not one already).

Lakers and Celtics are reportedly leading the race to get Davis’ signature, with Pelicans desperately trying to keep hold of their main man.

But with two franchises who have a super rich history in the sport come calling, even the most loyal give in.

Anthony Davis has time and again spoken about how he wants to focus on the Pelicans and himself for the time being, hoping to make it to the playoffs and then take things from there.

But with the Celtics and Lakers calling, it could be tough for Davis to stay put for long.

Reports have suggested that Lakers could very well be the destination for Davis as Magic Johnson and LeBron James want to built a dynasty in Los Angeles, with Davis being a pivotal part of it.

LeBron James is settling into life in Los Angeles, finding the correct balance between taking things over on his own and helping in the development of the young core that he and the Lakers have at their disposal.

LeBron was asked about Davis’ rumoured trade to Lakers and how he feels about the Lakers adding another NBA superstar to its roster.

James was pretty thrilled about the idea of having Davis on board, admitting that it would be amazing to have Davis beside himself.

“That would be amazing,” James said as quoted by ESPN.

“That would be amazing, like, duh. That would be incredible.” he added.

Anthony Davis has once again been incredible this season, averaging 28 points, 12.4 points and 2.8 blocks per game. He along with LeBron and probably another superstar in KD or Kawhi joining could end the Warriors’ domination in the NBA.

But for that the Lakers will need to nicely lure Davis in, giving him a clear idea of what their objectives are and how he could be part of the Lakers and the NBA folklore in the years to come.

Do you want Anthony Davis to join forces with LeBron or do you want him to chose the Celtics instead?
