Liverpool fan starts petition to review goal-line technology

Liverpool fan starts petition to review goal-line technology after an incredible clearance from John Stones denied Liverpool the goal in the first half.

Liverpool suffered their first league this season defeat against Manchester City last night.

Manchester City opened the goalscoring in the 40th minute through Sergio Aguero. Liverpool equalized in the second half, but couldn’t secure a point as Leroy Sane scored the winner for Guardiola’s side.

The game, however, was marred with controversy surrounding goal-line technology. In the first half, Liverpool came close to scoring their first goal, but John Stones made a terrific clearance on goal-line.

The goal was eventually ruled out. And it didn’t go well with Liverpool fans.
