The game between Manchester City and Tottenham kicked off in a dramatic fashion, and Twitter reacted aptly.
The second leg between Manchester City and Tottenham began with a flurry of goals, as five were scored inside the first 21 minutes of the game.
Raheem Sterling opened the goalscoring for City, before Son scored two quick-fire goals to put Spurs back into the lead. However, only a minute later, Manchester City pulled one back through Bernardo Silva in the 11th minute.
This followed a 10-minute passage without a goal – almost like an eternity in comparison, before Raheem Sterling scored again and put the host side in the lead.
As things stand, Manchester City are 3-2 ahead in the game, but Spurs will go through if the scoreline stays the same on away goal advantage. Twitter justifiably went mad with the goal riot.

This Spurs and Man city defence both look like two Arsenal teams playing away from home.

I cannot watch this game as a Man Utd fan knowing that we will never reach these levels. Rather get some work done

21 minutes is a record for the fastest 5 goals in a game in Champions League history. Previous record was 24 minutes: Dortmund v Legia Warsaw.
