Man United Transfer News: Manchester United forward needs Ole Solskjaer assuarances amid PSG interests

Man United Transfer News: Manchester United forward Anthony Martial looking for assurances from manager as he fear fazing out from team.

Manchester United are planning to make a squad overhaul this summer after facing an underwhelming campaign in the previous season while finishing sixth in the Premier league.

Thus, according to a report by the The Sun, as per TeamTalk, Anthony Martial is concerned about his future role at Manchester United, with club intending to bring in more signings.

Despite, Martial signing a new five year deal in January with weekly wages of £250,000, he might consider looking at different prospects this summer, after having a fear of losing his relevance within the Red Devils’ squad.

Thus, Anthony Martial is reported to inquire with Manchester United manager Ole Solskjaer about his role at the club for the following season.

It is further stated in the report that PSG are interested in hiring the French International’s services from Manchester United, and Martial might accept to join Les Parisiens.

On the other hand, Anthony Martial had an ordinary season with the Red Devils as he was only able to net 11 goals and provide 2 assists in the 29 appearances across all competitions.

Although, still the 23-year-old has the potential to develop and be a decisive option for the Red Devils in the future, and considering Manchester United are unlikely to get any better signing upfront, Martial might remain at the top in the pecking order.

The French Superstar is valued at €65 million, but since he is tied with Manchester United till 2024, the Red Devils might enhance their asking price, making this move unlikely to happen even for PSG.
