Man Utd News: 3 candidates who should replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer
#1 Massimiliano Allegri

Massimiliano Allegri doesn’t need an introduction because of his stellar CV with Juventus and AC Milan. The Italian has won the league title six times out of nine attempts, including six with the Old Lady.
The former AC Milan manager is currently looking for a new job and would gladly accept a role at Manchester United. Allegri is not a passive coach, but builds a strong core in the backline and plays defensive football rather than attacking at full-throttle. The Red Devils does not possess any world-class defenders and it would require a huge amount of money to revamp the squad.
With four to five players, Allegri could work wonders with the current squad, who are struggling to find a way to break down teams. He can be a good appointment if he’s backed enough and the board allow him to choose his targets. Jose Mourinho was critical about the board, but fans have short-term memories because the center-backs Eric Bailly and Victor Lindelof, who were signed by Jose Mourinho, weren’t able to elevate their defence. On the other hand, Allegri would be a good solution, be it long-term or short-term.
