Man Utd News: With United’s new deal with PES 2020 will they suffer the same fate as Juventus and lose their integration in the upcoming FIFA 20?
Manchester United have recently entered into a long-term partnership with Konami for PES 2020 and beyond. The Old Trafford, which was only available to play on FIFA last year, will now be available to play in the PES games too.

The game will also have Manchester United’s player likenesses, club badge, club name, club kits and more. While this is exciting news, this has become a bother of worry for the fans of FIFA’s games.
Italian Giants Juventus announced a similar deal with Konami. However, this resulted in EA SPORTS FIFA losing the licensing rights to use the Juventus team name, badge, kit and stadium in FIFA 20.
EA SPORTS have since confirmed that Juventus will be known as ‘Piemonte Calcio’ on FIFA 20. They will have their own custom badge and kit throughout Kick-Off, Career Mode, and EA SPORTS VOLTA Football. While the team will be brand new, they will still feature real-world, authentic players in FIFA 20 and FIFA 20 Ultimate Team; Meaning, players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Paulo Dybala and Miralem Pjanic will still be in FIFA 20, just under a different team name.
But what about United?
When it comes to Manchester United though, there is no reason to worry. EA SPORTS have a partnership directly with the Premier League itself. This means that they have the license for all the team names, kits, badges, stadiums, player names and likenesses.
This was in fact confirmed by Corey Andress, the Global Franchise Lead, Community at EA SPORTS FIFA, himself.
