Manchester United Transfer News: Man United spot second priority to Aaron-Wan Bissaka, if they fail to sign the Crystal Palace player.
Manchester United are heavily targeting Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Crystal Palace to bolster their defense ahead of the next season, as their right-side of defense is struggling due to lack of appropriate resources.
However, Crystal Palace is in no financial pressure to sell the player, thus making heavy demands for the services of the player, which Manchester United feel is not ready to give.
Thus, according to a report by the Skysports, Manchester United can snub Wan Bissaka, if the Red Devils fail to finalize a deal with the Eagles for the player, and could opt to sign Max Aarons from Norwich City.
Although, Manchester United are still under negotiations with Crystal Palace and are expected to pose an upgraded offer for the 21-year-old player.
However, since Wan Bissaka have three years left in his contract with Crystal Palace, the club is able to command the negotiations with Manchester United.
On the other hand, Aarons has come under the radar of the Red Devils after their search for a suitable player at the right-side of defense.
The Norwich City player gained popularity after winning EFL Young Player of the Season and included in the PFA Championship team of the year as part of Daniel Farke’s title-winning side last season.
Surprisingly, even Crystal Palace have shown interest in Max Aarons, along with Tottenham and Bundesliga sides RB Leipzig. Therefore, Manchester United over here can win the transfer competition through their brand power.
For now, it seems that Manchester United will prefer signing Wan-Bissaka because of his phenomenal run in the Premier league, and could shift their focus on Max Aarons, if the London based club reject the second offer by the Red Devils.
