Mercedes involve Kimi in hilarious ice cream banter with F1 teams
The Mercedes social media account has been nothing short of brilliant all season, setting the pace with respect to social media presence and wit.
They have been at the top of their game during race weekends and have also lit up non race days.
With the final race of the year scheduled for this weekend, it was only fair that they came up with something special for the fans.
And they did not disappoint.
The Mercedes social media account asked F1 if they could have more of those ice creams, with Renault, McLaren and Sauber pitching in too, asking for more.
Mercedes then included Kimi in the conversation too, saying that between all of them and Kimi there wouldn’t be any left.
@F1 ya’ll got any more of them ice-creams… 👀

And here comes the Kimi related tweet.
Right, look. Between all of us and Kimi there’s going to be no ice-cream left to go around

The teams then pitched in with ideas as to how to decide who would get the remaining ice creams.

It’s the final race of the weekend and with both championships decided, the paddock is largely tension free, with everyone trying to soak in the atmosphere and prepare for one last drive before they all wrap things up and start preparation for the next season.
