Mercedes troll Ferrari on Instagram over ‘race strategy’ question
The Mercedes social media account has been one of the finest official F1 accounts this season, providing fans with massive entertainment on off days and during the race weekend.
Last night Mercedes, Renault and Force India got involved in a hilarious pokemon related conversation, one that was enjoyed by fans all over.
And while that was their Twitter team, their Instagram team did not disappoint too.
The Instagram team had posted a story urging fans to ask them any questions, with their team trying to answer all of them.
The same kind of activity was carried out on Twitter too, with Mercedes making one thing clear that they wouldn’t reveal their race strategy if someone asked about that.
That time again… 😉 Have you got a #RussianGP question for us?
Drop us a Tweet and we’ll take a crack at answering it! 👇

Now, they might have not given out that disclaimer on Instagram and thus one fan ended up asking for their race strategy.
Mercedes then came up with a wonderful answer, questioning if Ferrari had indeed asked that question.

Mercedes had the perfect possible Saturday, with Bottas and Hamilton locking out the front row, keeping the Ferrari boys at bay.
Bottas in fact beat Hamilton to pole position, dishing out one of his best laps of the season.
It promises to be an interesting raceday, especially with the long straight going into Turn 1, something that Bottas was able to extract last year. Ferrari would be hopeful of doing the same this time round.
