Manchester United will take on West Ham United in an important Premier League clash on Saturday night. We provide Dream11 prediction and fantasy tips for the game.
Manchester United are winless in this month and will aim to change the record when they take on West Ham United at Old Trafford.
Solskjaer’s side has had a poor few weeks ever since their incredible win over PSG last month. Manchester United lost four of their five games since, including a loss in the FA Cup quarterfinal, and a 1-0 defeat in the first leg of the Champions League tie against Barcelona earlier this week.
The side stands at the sixth place in the league at the moment. The tie against West Ham is crucial to Solskjaer’s aim for a top-4 finish.
As United prepares for the big game at Old Trafford, let’s take a look at the Dream11 predictions for the game. You can take a look at our predicted lineup for Manchester United here.
MUN vs WHU Dream 11 prediction:
Goalkeeper – David De Gea
The Spaniard has been one of the key figures for Manchester United this season. The reason I took him for my team is that West Ham’s away record has been poor for some time now.
In the side’s six away games since January 2019, West Ham United has scored only one goal and is yet to win.
It might be possible that De Gea is beaten on the goal, as Solskjaer won’t have a full-strength defence at his disposal. Luke Shaw and Ashley Young are suspended for the game, which could see the visitor side’s wingers exploiting those spaces.
However, I believe Manchester United has an upper hand in the game due to West Ham’s poor away record and a gradual return to form for midfielder Paul Pogba.
Defence – Lindelof, Dalot, Diop
Victor Lindelof has been one of the best defenders for Manchester United this season. The Swede’s accuracy in tackles has been brilliant so far, and so, he’s my go-to defender for this game.
Diogo Dalot is expected to start in the place of Ashley Young, and I believe that he will have a considerable role to play in the game. Dalot is not a regular right-back, but he has shown promises in the limited opportunities he has had on the field. The Portuguese defender has also been impressive going forward, and there’s always a possibility that one of his crosses finds the red jersey.
The boss believes @VLindelof displayed an important trait against Barcelona. #MUFC

Issa Diop was rightly rested in the Monday night fixture against Chelsea, but could return for the game against Manchester United. The defender has been one of the highest-performing players for West Ham this season, and with the adequate rest he has had, I believe he’d be a quality pick.
Midfield: Pogba, Lingard, Martial, Anderson, Rice
Paul Pogba showed promising signs in the game against Barcelona, where he closed down Sergio Busquets. As Manchester United lines up against West Ham, Solskjaer would hope for Pogba to get back in the groove before the side takes on Barcelona in the second leg of the Champions League. I’ve named Pogba the vice-captain for the side, as there’s a bright chance he will fully exploit the Hammers in their away game.
Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial were both on the bench for the game against Barca, and Solskjaer suggested that he could make changes to the squad. I expect both the players to line up and find their goalscoring boots back.
I’m the first to criticise Pogba when needed but there’s a weird narrative developing about his performance during #MUNBAR. If you were sat in the stadium you’d have seen all the off-ball work he was forced to get through. He never gave up. He was disciplined & committed #MUFC

Felipe Anderson, meanwhile, could be at an advantage in this game as he comes up against Dalot. The Portuguese right-back might contribute to attack, but Felipe Anderson’s form, combined with United playing a second-choice defender, makes him an obvious pick in the team. Along with him, I’ve selected Declan Rice, who I believe will step up in the game.
Forward: Rashford, Antonio
Marcus Rashford is another player to look forward to in this game. The forward has had a disappointing night against Barcelona, but has a chance at redemption against West Ham.
Solskjaer will pin his hopes on the English youngster to steer the campaign for a top-4 position in the league, and I believe that West Ham’s away poor run will be exploited by the Manchester United attackers in this game. This is the reason why I’ve selected Rashford as the captain for the side.
Michail Antonio is likely to be up against Marcos Rojo, who, like Dalot, is a second-choice defender in this side. Rojo has hardly featured for Manchester United this season, so I expect Antonio to take advantage of the Argentine defender’s lack of action in the league.
