Kendrick Perkins believes the LA Lakers will be the 2021 NBA champions after acquiring Russell Westbrook

Russell Westbrook’s team up with LeBron James and Anthony Davis has not been without controversy.

The star power can’t be argued with. However, there are going to be some serious problems with the team, with just two of the biggest being the lack of spacing and awkward fit between the players.

Because of these worries, many have wondered if the team can really be good enough to even make the NBA finals. In fact, even fans of the Lakers have had their doubts about this roster.

However, it appears that former NBA player and now ESPN analyst Kendrick Perkins has absolutely no doubts about this team’s greatness.

Over the Brooklyn Nets? The LA Clippers? Even the Philadelphia 76ers?

While we do respect and somewhat agree with Perk here, we also can’t deny the steep level of opposition the team will have to face this upcoming season.

The Lakers have a lot to figure out with regards to this team. So, it’ll be fun to see how this franchise, and how the conversation around it progresses during this upcoming season.
