“But Dammit Jimmy”: Jimmy Butler Takes to Tik-Tok And Sarcastically Responds to Fan’s Deplorable Plea to Win NBA Championship
Jimmy Butler is feeling confident ahead of the NBA Finals. He posted a hilarious and rather sarcastic “reaction video” of himself on Tik-Tok. Yes, the Miami Heat superstar responded to a fan’s deplorable plea on Instagram with a TikTok video. And it feels like he can smell victory.
The video comes just hours before tip-off. And presumably, Butler is trying to send a message. The Miami Heat are set to face off against a strong Denver Nuggets in game 1 of the NBA Finals.
This series has been touted as one of the dullest, with little to no traction for the game on social media and news channels. But Butler’s game and enthusiasm might change all that.
Jimmy Butler’s hilarious Tik-Tok response to a deplorable fan is worth a watch!
But the story before tip-off is Jimmy confidently and rather sarcastically responding to a fan. The fan in the video claims that he doesn’t usually text athletes. But he starts screaming, “But Dammit Jimmy, finish this s**t, please. I mentally can’t handle a 3-0 comeback man! Please…“.

Jimmy is cool and composed and he is sipping a cup of his “Big Face Coffee”. He has presumably checked his phone properly for the first time since the ECF showdown ended. With ample time for a 20-second-long response, Butler does his best to showcase emotion.
He is amused at the plea and carefree about the take. The Heat might have made a great escape but Jimmy is far happier about it than the fan. We think the guy might have just fainted during the highs of Game 7.
In Jimmy Butler, the Miami Heat possess a weapon unlike any other
Seldom have we seen single players impact a postseason as much as Jimmy Butler has this season. Well, not at least since LeBron James. Jimmy has arguably been in the form of his life.
Carrying this team, one that has only one lottery pick is a story unlike any other. They are also the first 8th seed to make the NBA finals since 1999. And whatever the odds, Butler is unfazed.
He is a weapon. A unique mold of a player whose legacy has been shaped in these playoffs. But as the Heat intensifies in the NBA Finals, can he lead Miami to unlikely victory?
