"Daddy Loves You!": Russell Westbrook Has the Most Adorable Moment With His Family Ahead of Big Game vs Bucks

Russell Westbrook is so much fun to watch! When he has his confidence back in him and is having fun, there aren’t many players in the league that are better shows in basketball. And clearly, the man has all he needs right now.

Despite the Lakers looking to shop him for so long during this past offseason, he is often the one saving the team now. And yes, while his three-point shot hasn’t quite come along, he isn’t afraid to take it and does actually make it at key moments during games.

Clearly, this is the happiest Russ has been in a long, long time. And as if he hadn’t made it apparent enough during games, he had an adorable little moment with his family just ahead of the game against Milwaukee.

Let’s get into it, shall we?

Russell Westbrook can’t tell his kids to eat their vegetables on the TV broadcast but does have other messages for them

Lakers vs Bucks is a matchup that many have been excited to see. After all, despite their 8-12 record, they have started to win games again. And as we mentioned earlier, Russell Westbrook is a massive reason for that. So, it’s of tantamount importance that he has his game face on.

However, while the man may be concentrating, he’s clearly the most relaxed man in the building.

Just take a look at what he was thinking about before the game, in the tweet below.

There really isn’t much we can say here.

This moment is simply nothing short of absolutely adorable.

There is just one issue with Russell Westbrook’s game right now

Russell Westbrook has unquestionably been playing brilliantly. But, if there is one thing he can still improve on, it’s his shooting, it’s his efficiency.

The man is shooting 39.9% from the field, and 31.7% from beyond the arc on the season. And his numbers from just the last 5 games look about the same too, if not a little worse.

Admittedly, this is mostly because of the threes he has been confidently taking. And frankly, he should keep doing that, since it’s clearly working on defenses. They’re never quite sure as to what’s going to happen.

This is just a matter of hoping he can make a few more of the shots he takes per game. And frankly, given the form he is in, and the work he has been putting in, we doubt it takes too long before that happens.
