“Dennis Rodman, How Do You Cheat on Madonna?”: WWE Legend Ric Flair Was Once Flabbergasted By Bulls Legend’s Atrocioius Actions

Every sport has a player who is more famous for his off-the-field antics than what he does as a professional. Dennis Rodman was one such superstar of the 1990s who played with legends of the game such as Isiah Thomas and Michael Jordan. But he never quite followed their lifestyle. Some of The Worm’s atrocious actions even surprised WWE legend, Ric Flair.

From gambling in the midst of the NBA Playoffs and going to Vegas between games of the NBA Finals, to dating a cultural icon like Madonna and marrying Baywatch actress Carmen Electra, Rodman did it all in his wild 20-year basketball career.

He also helped Thomas (2) and Jordan (3) win championships, being a big part of the legendary Pistons and Bulls teams. His extreme life both on and off the court matched up well with a 74-year-old icon of the wrestling world – Ric Flair. But even Ric was surprised by some of the antics of the NBA’s most notorious man.

When Dennis Rodman surprised Ric Flair by cheating on Madonna

Ric Flair was a man who played his real life out in the ring in his 50-year-long wrestling career. A wild man who liked partying as much as Rodman, had 5 wives, including his current partner Wendy Barlow, whom he married in 2018.

Now that you have the perspective, let’s talk about how “Dennis the Menace” surprised Ric. In his recent appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience, speaking with the UFC commentator/stand-up comedian, Flair reminisced his relationship with the NBA star and some instances from their time together.

“How about that dog? Dating Madonna!?,” Ric started talking about Rodman’s craziness after they all had discussed his friendship and exploits with the Supreme Leader of North Korea, Kim Jong Un.

“Madonna broke up with him for cheating. He’s cheating on Madonna. He’s cheating on, who’s the other one… Carmen? Electra. ‘I go, Dennis, how do you cheat on Madonna?’” Flair and the crew laughed at the irony of it.

Madonna and Rodman’s relationship

The Queen of Pop as they call her, every Madonna fan was in shock when they saw her with this 6ft 7’ notorious giant from the NBA despite her not-so-okay choices before him.

She was in awe of Rodman so much, that she even offered him $20 million to impregnate her after he showed no interest in doing so. She even wanted him to marry her, Dennis himself revealed most of their behind-the-door stories in his book “Bad As I Wanna Be”.

Neither Madonna nor Electra raised any objections to any of the stories revealed by the wildest NBA player of all time. Which only goes to show the reality of it all.
