Despite Earning $42,492,492, Giannis Antetokounmpo Jokingly Accuses $1.575 Trillion Brand of Underpaying Him: “I Need to Get Paid More!”

Giannis Antetokounmpo is one of the most hardworking and dominant players in the NBA. Even during the offseason, Giannis is busy hustling as he works towards endorsements, businesses, and training for the upcoming FIBA World Cup. Recently, he became a major stakeholder in the Canadian confectionary brand Candy Funhouse. He aims to reach a global audience using strategic marketing and branded content for the company with his equity partnership. He is also partnered up with Google, but he claims the $1.575 trillion company does not pay him enough!

Giannis had already earned $43,492,492 in the 2022-23 season. All thanks to his salary. But his claim that Google didn’t pay him enough came after an ad shoot.

In a recent ad campaign shoot for Google, Giannis spent over 45 minutes dipped inside an ice bath. While shooting, the Greek Freak never ran out of his jokes and demanded the trillion-dollar company pay him more for his hard work.

Giannis Antetokounmpo wants to be paid more for his services to Google

Giannis is the comic relief that everybody needs around them. Even Google executives were not spared of his jokes, as the Milwaukee Bucks center entertained people around him with his hilarious takes and complaints.

During the ad shoot, Giannis spent around 45 minutes in an ice bath, demanding more pay from the Google executives. In a video that he uploaded on his YouTube channel, he hilarious joked about the ice bath, saying, “The sacrifice of greatness, 45 minutes in a Google shoot in the ice tub for 45 minutes…I have to get paid. What is this? What is this condition? Employees condition? Because this is the employees’ condition? What is this”

Surely, Giannis meant no harm to the Google executives, given he just wanted to create a comedic situation out of every moment. His fans love and adore him for being a goofy and funny character off the court, somewhat reminiscent of Shaq during the prime of his career.

Giannis is gearing up for a new look in this off-season

After a heartbreaking loss to the Miami Heat, the 2021 NBA champion has geared up to present a new look for the upcoming season. As per Giannis’ recent Instagram posts, the Milwaukee Bucks center has noticeably bulked up during this offseason.

He now seems to have a bulkier physique, with visible muscle gain. This can come quite handy for him in the next season, accelerating his defensive prowess, rebounding abilities, and on-court presence. Perhaps, this is a solid step for the Greek Freak to march onto another NBA title.
