Not every day, do you see someone win an Oscar, let alone a sports personality. To this day, years after his win, we still think Kobe Bryant getting an Oscar is perhaps one of the most significant representations of sports in the media industry.

Forget blockbuster movies, forget millions in revenue, true recognition like the Oscars is the hallmark of making it in the entertainment industry. Only Bryant cracked the code. Kobe Bryant finally got one over Michael Jordan.

In one of his last interviews ever, a sit down with Stephan Jackson and Matt Barnes for All The Smoke podcast, Bryant talked about everything under the sun. And when asked about his Oscar win, he went into the trivialities of winning the prized award.

But not before making a silly joke about getting one over Mike.
