The brickbats are out for Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks tonight, and Charles Barkley has joined the ranks of these critics.
The Bucks suffered their worst wire-to-wire loss of the season, losing every quarter of the game to Brooklyn tonight. Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving put their defense to the sword yet again through 3 quarters. Blake Griffin put the icing on the cake with an emphatic poster on the Freak.
It was clear from the get-go that Milwaukee weren’t going to manufacture easy shots like they did against the Heat. This Nets team has responded magnificently to the challenge of walling Giannis out of the paint. Blake Griffin has put a body on him as efficiently as anyone ever has.
As a result, the Greek Freak had his worst outing of the playoffs thus far. He finished the night shooting 8-of-15 from the field for 18 points and 11 rebounds. He was also put on 2 smooth highlight plays by both Durant and Blake Griffin.
Charles Barkley roasts Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks
The Inside crew took the Bucks to the cleaners after this pathetic showing on the night, as they should. It rarely happens that a teams gets blown out, and then its bench players get blown out too. Charles Barkley piled the agony on them with their words.
“They panicked tonight. They were taking bad shots, there was nobody moving. You look at Brooklyn, they passed the ball 3 or 4 times, Milwaukee didn’t, they just totally panicked tonight.”
“Now it might still be a great series like you said, but I saw panic in their eyes tonight. They haven’t played good in either game. That a**-kicking was funny.”

There’s no doubt that the Bucks will have to get their act together in the upcoming games. However, just as everyone says, it ain’t a series till the road team wins a game. The Bucks will do their best to get back to the drawing board and return rejuvenated for Game 3.
