With Ja Morant’s return to the active roster, it was expected that Memphis will be a lot stronger in Game 3. However, the Lakers proved they are ready for a dogfight and took the game despite Morant’s 45-point performance.
LeBron and Anthony Davis were both sensational in the last game. They combined for 56 points and 26 rebounds. Davis and Jared Vanderbilt were the defensive blessings for the Lakers and each had 3 blocks and 2 steals in the game.
LeBron James marked as probable
Going into Monday, the Lakers and their fans are immensely dependent on LeBron James. The 6ft 9″ superstar is an essential part of the roster and packs a certain threat that the Grizzlies just can’t ignore. Fortunately, he will most likely remain active on Monday.
The Lakers’ official injury report has listed LeBron as probable. He is reportedly dealing with soreness in his right foot. The probable status is promising and means LeBron will play in Game 4 by all means.

Along with James, Dennis Schroder and Anthony Davis are also part of the injury list. However, like James, they both have also been marked as probable. This means the Lakers will be at full strength in their upcoming game.
This is great news for Darvin Ham. Not only will he enjoy a completely healthy roster heading into Monday, but he will also be able to execute the lineup he feels would be the best to ensure the team’s 3rd win.
Lakers lineup in game 4
The Los Angeles Lakers backcourt will feature D’Angelo Russell and Austin Reaves. Reaves has already had a big game and had 23 crucial points in game 1. Meanwhile, Russell is yet to leave his mark on the playoffs and the team certainly needs a big shooting performance from him.
The team’s frontcourt, on the other hand, will feature LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Jared Vanderbilt. This is a great defensive and offensive combo. If the Lakers can manage to not launch unnecessary threes and focus on passing the dime for open looks, they can win the upcoming game comfortably.
