The Denver Nuggets might be sneaking toward a sweep in the first round of the 2023 Playoffs while we are keeping tabs on all other teams. Not that Nikola Jokic is having those massive triple-doubles for us to care either.

However, the Nuggets are not missing them either because their two-guard Jamal Murray has found his Bubble-self as soon as the postseason hit.
While he has had a combined 64 points, 11 rebounds, and 13 assists in 2 games, the Joker is averaging 20/11/7.5. Will the Serbian play his team’s first away game of the Playoffs or get himself a breather tonight? Let’s find out.
Is Nikola Jokic playing tonight in Game 3 against Minnesota Timberwolves?
According to Mike Singer of the Denver Post, Nikola Jokic is present on the Nuggets’ injury report as ‘probable’ for Game 3 because of a sprain in the right wrist.
Nikola Jokic is probable with that right wrist sprain for Game 3. Looked more than fine in Game 2.

However, that might just be a precautionary listing by the Denver team as we have been seeing throughout the season by all other franchises as well.
Jokic was playing quite effortlessly in Game 2, the problem with the wrist had occurred before that game. It’s unlikely he would aggravate that injury in the practice session.
A big Jokic game is coming
Although he is still playing quite terrific for both – a center point and a point guard, compared to the regular season heroics of his, he is off.
Expect him to have a massive triple-double in Game 3 and prove that he is still as good as he has been for the last three seasons, not affected by any of the criticism surrounding his defensive game because of the MVP race with Joel Embiid.
The man does too much on offense to also contribute on defense. Let him have some leeway. Let’s just be fair, why are we expecting him to become perfect in the game?
