Gregg Popovich has been associated with LeBron James as more than a rival team’s coach. Pop also serves as the Head Coach for the USA Basketball team, and the two have spent quite some time together there. The famed coach delivered his praise and said,

“He looks pretty much like when he first came into the league. He deserves a lot of credit for being the consummate professional, using every technique that he can and being no the cutting edge of things. His mental state along with his physical state really makes him very special, probably more than anybody that has played the game.”
The birthday boy put up 26 points, 8 assists, and 5 rebounds as the Lakers beat the Spurs 121-107 at the AT&T Center today.
