The Atlanta Hawks have been regarded as the underdogs the entire playoffs. They defied odds and beat the Knicks. Up next, they were up against the top team in the East. They beat the odds and beat the Sixers to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals. After winning Game 1, the Bucks bounced back and took Games 2 and 3. Entering Game 4, the Hawks lacked their biggest star in Trae Young, who was sidelined due to ankle issues.
Despite the absence of Young, the Hawks beat the Bucks 110-88. An overall team contribution, as there were six different Hawks players scoring in double digits. Lou Williams led the pack, scoring 21 points and dishing 8 assists. Bogdan Bogdanovic scored 20 points, while Clint Capela added another 15 points.
Draymond Green heaps praise on Lou Williams
The Hawks taking down the Bucks, despite the absence of Trae Young just warns the league of how strong the Hawks are. Sure, Giannis Antetokounmpo had to leave the game with a hyperextended knee, but they were winning even before Giannis left.
Major credit for the win goes to Lou Williams, who with his veteran experience was able to guide the young Hawks players. Draymond Green acknowledged the same, and was on his Twitter talking about the same throughout the game. Green put this tweet around the midway part of the game.
Bucks can’t relax because Trae is out. Lou Will can win you a game.

At the end of the game, Green put out another tweet.
I watched the game at the same time y’all did 😂😂😂😂. LOU WILL can win you a game!! Enjoy y’all night though.

Draymond has had his share of playoff bouts with Lou Williams. He firsthand witnessed what Lou Williams can do, when the Clippers beat the Warriors in Game 5 of the first-round playoffs in 2019. The Clippers, riding on the success of Lou Williams forced a Game 6, and the entire Roaracle witnessed the same.
The Hawks are now leveled with the Bucks at 2 apiece, as the series heads back to Milwaukee for Game 5. Game 5 takes place on Thursday.
