"Luka Doncic cries more than LeBron James": Kendrick Perkins' sage advice for the Mavs superstar after his ejection vs Kings

Luka Doncic is steadily gaining haters and detractors because of his incessant complaining to referees, according to Kendrick Perkins.

The Dallas Mavericks had held on for an exciting clutch win over Russell Westbrook and his Wizards last night. But Sacramento once again met them on the second night of a back-to-back and got the better of Dallas.

Luka Doncic earned yet another ejection for racking up technical foul calls late in the game. This marred yet another 30-6-6 performance from the Slovenian as the Kings found their offensive rhythm again. There was precious little that the Mavs could’ve done after giving up a first quarter lead.

Tyrese Haliburton and co had Luka on his toes all night, limiting his effectiveness as a shooter and facilitator. Doncic had an extremely high count of 6 personal turnovers on the night.

This finished off the Kings’ season series sweep of the Mavericks. Their fast pace always seems to get in the way of Luka’s measured offensive and defensive pace and play.

Kendrick Perkins chastizes Luka Doncic for his incessant complaining

Doncic was ejected in closing seconds as his frustration grew with the no calls. This is something that Perkins, among other NBA fans, have always complained with regards to Doncic’s conduct. Most people don’t like watching players complain like Luka does.

Perk’s criticism would normally be on point, but this was a rare night when Luka had every reason to be indignant at the refereeing crew. There were just too many calls that didn’t go his way. Perk had it pointed out to him by his followers on Twitter, who accused him of commenting without watching the game.
