Most Rebounds in NBA Game : NBA legend Wilt Chamberlain holds the record for the most number of rebounds snatched in a game. On November 24, 1960, he secured 55 rebounds against the Bolton Celtics.
Wilt Chamberlain is one of the greatest players who played in the NBA. In the NBA, he played for the Philadelphia 76ers, Golden State Warriors and the Los Angeles Lakers.
Most rebounds in an NBA Game: Wilt Chamberlain
He holds numerous records in scoring, assists and rebounding. The record, for the most number of rebounds, which was set in 1960 remains unbeaten until this day. On November 24, he managed to snatch 55 rebounds while a player for the Philadelphia Seven-Sixers against the Boston Celtics.
He currently has 72 NBA records to his name.
This, however, is not even his most impressive record. He is also the only person to score 100 points in an NBA game and that record too stands till date.
He created this record on the night of March 2 1962. While playing for the Sixers against the New York Knicks, Big Dipper (his nickname) managed to score 100-points by himself. The game ended 169-147. It is such a shame that this iconic feat has never been video recorded.
While a lot of NBA players come close to breaking his Wilt’s records, none of them have really been able to match his on court numbers on both ends of the court. In his time, Wilt absolutely bossed it in whatever he did on the court and it will be hard to replicate his records for generations to come.
Still…gives me a Chill!!

The two-time NBA champion also has the record for the most number of assists ever in NBA history: 23,924.
