Flopping is usually used by players to have the referees call a foul in their favour by exaggerating any contact made by the opposing player. Players such as Marcus Smart and Kyle Lowry are notorious for using this tactic to have fouls called on the opposing player.
Flopping usually results in hilarity and none are more demonstrative with their flopping than Patrick Beverly.
Is it hypocritical of Patrick Beverly to call out other players for flopping?
Yes it is very hypocritical of Pat Bev for to be complaining about players flopping when he has been using the flopping tactic for years now, going well into his days at Houston.
NBA Twitter blew up calling out the point guard for being hypocritical and bringing back old videos of his ‘flying all over the place’.
