The Washington Wizards continued their hot streak as they beat the defending champions 115-107 last night. Bradley Beal led the way yet again, with his game-high 27 points. Russell Westbrook recorded yet another triple-double, as he scored 18 points, grabbed 18 rebounds, and dished 14 assists. Anthony Davis tried to lead his Lakers to a win with a valiant effort of a team-high 26 points, but in the end, the hosts prevailed.

How many games would it take Russell Westbrook to over take Oscar Robertson?
Russell Westbrook has been a dominant force in the league for the better half of the past decade. The kind of numbers he puts up on a nightly basis have become the new standard of normalcy for him. A lot of the time it leads to people undermining what he has been achieving.
With his triple-double tonight, Russell Westbrook now has 176 triple-doubles to his name and is tallying the great Oscar Robertson by just five.
With the kind of form, he has been in, it shouldn’t take Russ very long to achieve the said number. The Wizards still have 10 regular-season games to go, and it is highly likely that Russ might tie, if not overtake Oscar Robertson in the same period.
