Shaq and Sir Charles have a great relationship. They exchange friendly banter, roast each other on occasion and even get into some arguments. Arguments, that more often than not end with Big Diesel threatening to actually smack the Chuckster.
However, O’Neal has been out of fighting shape recently, especially after he got his hip replacement surgery. And, lo and behold, the Round Mound of Rebound jumped at the opportunity, reversed the roles, and this time challenged the big man to a fight.

The NBA world was sent into shock last month when Shaquille O’Neal shared a picture of himself in the hospital on Twitter. A picture that had many concerned about his health and safety.
Fortunately, Shaq had just gone in for hip surgery. He has been doing well ever since and recently made his long-awaited return to Inside the NBA. Everyone was happy to see him, including Charles Barkley, who took this opportunity to mess with him.
Knowing that the Big Aristotle was still recovering, Chuck decided that he would get a little payback. He got up out of his seat and approached Shaq claiming he wanted to fight him. It wasn’t until the four-time NBA Champion apologized for all his previous misdeeds, that Chuck backed down.
“I wanna fight! I wanna fight! Come on man. I wanna fight, you’ve been wanting to fight me for years let’s go!… Hey man you’re gonna feel so much better!”
It’s always nice to see these two go at it. They have great chemistry together and some of their interactions are why so many people tune in to watch the show.
