Shaquille O'Neal Unconvincingly Claims He Would Sweep Seemingly Unstoppable Team Including Kobe Bryant

Shaquille O’Neal may be one of the nicest human beings on planet Earth now. But, the man sure isn’t a shy one. Any chance he can get, the man reminds the world he was a 4-time champion in the NBA. And of course, how great he had to be to do that.

Now, while that is most apparent while he is on air with TNT’s Inside the NBA, it happens elsewhere too. And to be a bit more specific for the purposes of this story, it happened very recently on Instagram.

Let’s get into what was said, and really how valid is the man’s opinion on this one.

What did Shaquille O’Neal post on his Instagram?

Over the last couple of months, Shaquille O’Neal has been taking part in some All-time debates that include him. And well, he did yet again.

But this time, he may have gotten more controversial than ever before.

Take a look below to see the Instagram post in question.

Now, of course, the logical thing to do here would be to say that we’re never going to know whether he was right or wrong. But, we’re all basketball fans here, aren’t we?

Whoever said anything about logic?

Is Shaquille O’Neal’s opinion right?

Frankly, once you look at both teams individually and compare matchups, these sides look about even. So yes, this series could’ve gone either way.

However, a gentleman’s sweep?

Come on now, Shaquille O’Neal! Be a bit more realistic, will you?

Stephen Curry and Kobe Bryant are bonafide scorers. Larry Bird is known for being one of the greatest shooters of all time, a playmaker, and one of the coldest players in the clutch. And as if all that wasn’t enough, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is also one of the greatest centers of all time.

There is no way this series wouldn’t go to at least 6 games.
