Steph Curry Leg Tattoo: All of Stephen Curry's Tattoos Explained

It’s no secret that basketball players are big fans of tattoos. Having a sleeve or both is common for NBA players. It’s hard to find even rookies these days without having their bodies scribbled with art. However, Warriors superstar, Stephen Curry is different. The man only has a few and all of his tattoos have deep meaning including the animal ones on his leg. Steph Curry’s leg tattoo represents each of his children.

For most of the tattoos, the 4x NBA champ has, his wife Ayesha has a matching one. Let’s dive into what each of his tattoos symbolizes starting from his legs.

Steph Curry leg tattoo: Animals in geometrical shape

Both Steph and Ayesha have a wolf, a butterfly, and a horse/unicorn inked in geometrical shapes. It’s drawn on the side of the 35-year-old’s right calf and his wife’s left arm, representing each of their children.

The wolf represents their 4-year-old son, Canon W. Jack Curry. The butterfly is for the 7-year-old daughter, Ryan Carson Curry. And the horse is representing the eldest daughter, Riley Elizabeth Curry.

“He luhhhhh matching my swag (***these are our babies signs we have for them). Each has a deeper meaning and representation to us. Canon will always be our young wolf. Ryan our butterfly (this one makes me cry with joy just thinking about it) and Riley our horse (free-spirited, which we turned into a unicorn because she’s our magical firstborn),” Ayesha once revealed via an Instagram post.

Wrist tattoos of Steph Curry

On his right wrist, Curry has a line “Love never fails” from Corinthians – 13:8, inked in Hebrew. Ayesha has the same on her left wrist.

On the left wrist, Steph has TCC (Trust, Commitment, and Care) and number 30 representing the jersey he has been wearing with the Warriors for 14 years.

Stephen Curry’s biceps tattoos

Curry probably has the smallest bicep tattoos in all of NBA but the meaning of it is huge.

A firm believer in God, the greatest shooter of basketball has got himself scribbled with another Bible reference. John 3:30, “He must become greater, I must become less”.

‘A’ on the finger and ‘קרי’ on the side of the wrist

The letter ‘A’ on the ring finger of his left arm is for his wife Ayesha. And the Hebrew letter ‘קרי’ translates to his family name ‘Curry’.
