The Milwaukee Bucks have done it. After taking the initial punch and falling down 0-1, they have won two straight games and taken a 2-1 lead. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton pushed their Bucks over the line, as they won a close 113-102 Game 3.
Giannis scored 33 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, but the star of the show was Khris Middleton. Middleton scored a game-high 38 points, grabbed 11 rebounds, and dished 7 assists. 20 out of his 38 points came in the final frame, as he singlehandedly outscored the Hawks.
Trae Young scored a team-high 35 points but did not seem the same since he suffered the ankle sprain in the third quarter.
PJ Tucker gives Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks an accidental boost
Around the eight-minute mark in the third quarter, Trae Young was the sole defender on Giannis Antetokounmpo. Using this as an advantage, Giannis called for the ball, and PJ Tucker lobbed it over to him. However, the outcome was not what they had expected.
Tucker, who has been a decent shooter throughout his career, messed up his lob and ended up scoring a 3 instead.

This shot brought the Bucks to within 4 of the Hawks. After that, the Bucks managed to stay in striking distance and quietly waited for their chance. The chance came in the final frame, as Khris Middleton exploded for 20 points in the frame.
The Bucks would like to ride on the high of tonight’s win and secure the win on Tuesday as well. The Bucks face the Hawks on Tuesday for Game 4 of the ECF.
