Kevin Durant, much like many commonfolk, suffers from a condition known as ‘Twitter fingers’. In essence, it refers to a condition where the person can often be found using Twitter. And sure enough, Durant has been known to use Twitter far more than most players in the NBA. Through it, he often interacts with fans in the most honest and unapologetic ways imaginable. And due to it, he even has knowledge of parody sports news accounts, such as ‘B*llsa*k Sports’. So, when he saw a fan being ensnared by the trap set by one such source, he educated them on the phenomena, while also promptly roasting them for their idiocy.

The Suns’ star has been known to be a candid man on Twitter for a little over a decade. He recently even joined a Twitter space meant to talk badly about him. There he not only defended himself but also went right back at fans for all they said.
Kevin Durant calls out fan for falling for fake ‘NBA Central’ Twitter account posting fake news
Like ‘B*lls*k Sports’ there are numerous parody accounts on Twitter posting fake news about sports personalities for humorous purposes. However, it is important to note that not only are they harmless, but even the personalities in question seem to enjoy it themselves. And for the most part, keen-eyed viewers can easily spot the difference.
That said, there will still be those that fall for the trap. And after they did, one of them was quick to fire off at Kevin Durant on Twitter. Here is what user ‘ThoughtFall’ tweeted out, in response to a post by ‘NBA Centel’.
If you’re the best @KDTrey5 then why are you no where near Lebron? You can’t blame injuries that’s your own damn fault. Look at him. Almost injury free for 20 years. If u wasn’t busy having burners and smoking weed maybe your body would’ve been stronger. Fraud

One look at the username makes it obvious that this is fake news posted by a parody account. Unfortunately for the user, they never took that look. However, being the social media veteran that he is, Durant didn’t let that detail slip past him. Here was his response to the fan on Twitter.
Aye these ballsack sports knockoffs be having y’all in a major chokehold.

“Aye, these balls**k sports knockoffs be having y’all in a major chokehold.”
True to form a positively snarky yet candid tweet. Admittedly, it’s doubtful the NBA community ever gets the pleasure of another star as interactive as Kevin Durant. And given how entertaining each installment is, it’s hard to imagine the day he stops doing it altogether.
Durant can sometimes get a bit emotional on Twitter too
A few years ago, the late, great Kobe Bryant bestowed an incredible compliment onto the shoulders of Kevin Durant. The legend stated that the now Suns star was the one player he failed to understand how to defend by the time his career ended.
This wasn’t a compliment Durant addressed publicly until very recently when a fan asked him for his opinion on the matter. KD’s response was a fittingly emotional one.
