“Weren’t a Lot of Misses”: After Scoot Henderson’s Astonishment, $160,000,000 Worth Star Reveals Details of ‘Workout’ Session with Stephen Curry
Golden State Warriors’ new signing Chris Paul was all praise for Stephen Curry while speaking to reporters at a Summer League game. After spending 3 seasons with the Phoenix Suns, Paul will be earning his next paycheck alongside Curry. The $160,000,000 point guard already seems to be in awe of the Warriors’ superstar, who is renowned for his shooting. The confession comes weeks after Portland Trail Blazers’ rookie Scoot Henderson was left astonished with his shooting during a practice session.
The 4-time NBA champion Stephen Curry is easily one of the best shooters the league has ever seen. He is essentially a cheat code when it comes to shooting, which is obviously also due to the work that he puts in. Curry is renowned for his elite workout routines, something Paul and Henderson can both testify to.
Stephen Curry has already left new teammate Chris Paul impressed with his shooting
Both Curry and Chris Paul are automatic Hall of Famers who will go down as two of the best players in the modern NBA. Apart from Paul’s playmaking and mid-range shooting, he is also a top-class mentor capable of guiding the Warriors’ youngsters as well.
The incredible success the two have had is obviously down to an impressive work ethic, with both superstars playing at a high level despite their advanced years. While Curry has a claim to be called the best player of his generation, Paul is a classical point guard renowned for his impact on both ends of the court. His praise of Curry within a few days is a testament to Steph’s greatness:
“”Weren’t a lot of misses. I don’t think me and him probably worked out together probably since like 2009 or something. So, it’s a great opportunity and a blessing to still be doing this at our age, cause he ain’t young either”

Just like Paul, Curry has also shown an increased willingness to mentor youngsters. The latest example is the mentorship and strategic partnership he has announced with Scoot Henderson. Henderson will be getting advice on matters pertaining to both basketball and business. As well as support in the form of coaching resources and contacts.
The 2023 NBA draft’s number 3 pick was left astounded after he attended a training session alongside Curry. Henderson had to be told by Curry’s trainer Brandon Payne that his incredible shooting was “not normal.”
Paul expected to transform the Golden State Warriors into title contenders?
Paul has one year left on the deal he signed with the Phoenix Suns, with an option for another year. He will be paid a whopping $30 million which makes him one of the highest earners in his age group.
At the age of 38, Paul is not the player he once was. However, he is still a top point guard. He can add a lot of value with his mid-range shooting and playmaking abilities. Not to mention his ability to lead the younger guys.

Paul is expected to lead the bench unit of the Warriors. This is something that had become an issue due to the advanced age of the team’s core. He can also slot in straight into the starting lineup, which should lead to decreased dependence on Curry.
